Rock-N-Horse Ranch Rules: - No dogs. No exceptions; not even in your vehicle. - Please do not tie your horse to any Arena fence. -All hay, manure and shavings must be cleaned up at the end of event, and put in manure pile. -Horse owner agrees to repair or replace or pay for any damage to Ranch caused by the owner or their horse. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT The undersigned assumes the unavoidable risks inherent in all horse related activities, including, but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to horse, rider and spectator. In consideration, therefore, for the privilege of riding and/or working around horses at the Rock N Horse Ranch located at 4651 & 4671 Curran Rd, Ione Ca., the undersigned does agree to forever hold harmless and indemnity Angie Peters, Gary and Lauren Peters of Rock-N-Horse Ranch, Valerie Netto, Nancy Williams, and June Juvet, further releases them from all liability for death, personal injury or property damage resulting from anyway from the Owners attendance at Rock – N – Horse Ranch, including any such injury, damage or liability which may accrue on account of any visitor or guest of the Owner while at Rock – N- Horse Ranch. This release is valid unless revoked in writing. Ranch shall not be liable for any sickness, disease, theft, death or injury suffered by the horse(s) or any other cause arising from or connected to using the facility at Rock – N – Horse Ranch. The Owner assumes all risks. The Owner expressly agrees that the foregoing RELEASES, WAIVERS, DISCHARGES AND INDEMNIFIE’S Rock- N- Horse Ranch from any and or all loss or injury to said horse(s). All costs, no matter how catastrophic, connected with using the facility are borne by the Owner. This release is valid unless revoked in writing. By checking this box I admit that I have read this release to its entirely and understand in its whole. *

Rock – N – Horse Ranch recommends that all riders or persons handling horses use A.S.T.M. S.E.I. approved helmets. Checking this box implies that you have read and understand this statement. *
